Katie’s Cakes and Catering is a full service catering company that started in 1993 creating culinary flare ranging from “Elite Elegance” to “Country Casual”. Katie Gainey, owner, operator and culinary artist, learned her skill from her grandmother's 60 years of experience. Katie is always searching for something new and exciting to learn and share with her clients and staff. Katie continues her education attending culinary classes and seminars, but talking with her customers to create the perfect day has created one of a kind cakes and catering events. If you can imagine it, Katie can bring it to life for you and your guests.

It would be our pleasure to assist in creating and serving you at your special event. We are based in Havana, Florida and service the surrounding areas of North Florida and South Georgia. We are a family owned and managed business.

Katie and her staff can provide as much or as little as your catering needs demand - from full service (set up to cleanup) to a intimate and elegant meal for 2, a bottle of wine and desert delivered to your door. Katie will pay attention to details that will guarantee an evening to remember. Office parties, Cooperate Events, Private Dinner Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Receptions, Birthdays or your personal “Gala Smash of the Year”, Katie and her staff will be happy to serve you.

Our Wedding Cakes are made from scratch and are baked fresh for your big day. We customize our cakes and each is made with the purest ingredients and the love you and your significant other will share forever. Our cakes range from Vintage to Modern Art Deco.

In addition to our Wedding Cakes and Catering Service, we make cakes for Birthday Parties, Special Occasions, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversaries, Graduations and any other time you need something “Sweet”.
